Acknowledging the myriad ancient traditions and folkloric practices associated with the moon that have taken place over time in specific geographic locations, this work seeks to conceptually build a hybrid site for ritual and reflection that exists at the intersection of time, contemporary movement and displacement, in relation to diasporic practices.
